Today we released the latest version of our popular Betfair trading software with yet more new features and improvements. BetTrader PRO v3.2 has a couple of bug fixes, some stability and security improvements, more Settings options for the Ladder trading interface and links to the website's Home, Demo Videos and Buy Now pages from the application's homepage. Nothing to earth shattering but always onwards and upwards! We are constantly working to improve and further develop BetTrader PRO which is why it is the most up to date Betfair API solution available on the market. It is better, faster and cheaper than any other software available. Damn right.
I've been trying BetTrader pro.Nice app.I've read your hedging example, but what happens if the price is above 2.24 that you mention?I couldn't hedge Lille in the CL tonight because the price to lay was 5+.So if you make a fast trade, 15/5.4=2.77 so you can't hedge.Shouldn't it take into account that your bet is actually over 10 euros and place the lay?A possible bug, maybe?I used the pop-up box to place the bet.Does it have something to do with that? Thanks for any answers.

Well, i found out it's a Btefair bug. They are the ones who should take into account the liability and not the backer's bet.Sorry for that.Everything's ok with BetTrader pro.But my question actually remains. If you trade big prices you won't be able to hedge.

hi Kaki, sorry I didn't get back to you mate, I got married this month and have been on my honeymoon. Anyway, yes you can only hedge if the amount to be hedged is above betfair's minimum 2 pound bet size, so if you had say a 15 pound profit but the odds were 9.0 you couldn't use the Hedge button, hope that answers your question
